RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your new purchase! But, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 14 days of the merchandise receipt for full credit. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with tickets attached and accompanied by return form to assure full credit. The refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment. 

Our merchandise quantities are limited and the exchange process with the shipping can take a few days making it likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available. To guarantee that you get the new item you wish to exchange for, we recommend that you place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we receive your return the refund will be issued as long as it meets the refund requirements mentioned above. 

Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that merchandise is lost, stolen, mishandled or bears sign of being used. 

We strongly recommend shipping return merchandise via a traceable carrier for tracking purposes and requesting adequate insurance to cover purchase price of shipment. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
